Past Life Regression in Ipswich: I
was
taught by the legendary Susan Arrowsmith – who is a leading
authority in both Hypnotherapy and Psychic training. I have been listed
by Jenny Smedley, leading Past Life author and Journalist and authority
on the subject. Her new book lists me as a top Past Life Regression

client living through past traumas and the death experience - which I
don’t: I would contend that it can implant trauma that wasn’t there
before. If

help a client identify the cause in this life and deal with it and move
on.

be a life - enhancing experience and while I cannot guarantee a
great event my own Past Life Regression was extraordinary and I
would hate people to never experience PLR! I was an 18th Century Coffee
House frequenting Antiquarian living in Bath in the Parade selling Hand
Tooled books - with a particular disdain towards printers. What are the benefits of PLR? Someone
with an aching shoulder discovered that they had been run through with
a sword in medieval times and reported that the pain left them after
the session. A
leading journalist and author who specialises in helping businesses
make more profit discovered that he had been given away to an orphanage
by his bankrupt Father in the 17th century. His name turned up in a
list of bankrupts at that period and the boy named the area he lived in
the house and described his determination to better himself in another
country by becoming a business man. A
lady discovered that the vague feeling of deja vu that haunted her was
down to an 8 year old girl lost in the mist who had run away from the
sinister man that her MOther had taken up with since her husband's
death in the First World War. Incredibly her Mother owned up to a
skeleton in the Family closet whan she saw the DVD of the session. Sometimes
it can just be great fun! One very Suffolk lady became a very posh and
acerbic Lady of the Manor in the Lakes - she kept telling me off! Is Past Life Regression real? Answer:
I don't know! But these three examples given above hopefully give some
sense of the benefits. Sometimes it throws up trauma - whether this is
related to a past life incident, or is the subconcious drawing
attention to present life trauma or it is something in the DNA which is
somehow accessed as an embedded memory or is "just jazz". The
alternative explanantion when hard evidence does turn up is that there

theory
is that if Time goes backwards it also goes forwards and
therefore one can - as a Psychic does - enter into Future states of
being. This is one that people will have to judge for themselves but
FLR is extremely popular in the USA and I have witnessed some very
interesting Progressions! FLR is undertaken safely and while often
disorienting is very interesting. Future Life Progression does NOT
however mean one's own lifetime in the future. This is available as
above. Dream Therapy: This
is
a technique which allows the client to experience again recurrent or
important dreams and utilises the subconscious mind to interpret it to
the conscious mind and therefore tell the therapist - thus enabling
anything troubling to be addressed or simply making the puzzling clear!
One client's recurring dream of being trapped behind a pink membrane
floating in fluid was a memory of being born prematurely - something
she was not aware of until her Mother confirmed the truth of it.

Present Life Regression:
I put this here to save confusion. When undergoing therapy for serious trauma or a haunting sense of having a blighted life or for some alcoholics or other trouble, I use regression to cause. This means that I use visualisation to locate trauma that may have led to the current problems. Using Inner Child Healing and a variety of other safe techniques the client is encoyraged tgo wrok through the difficulties and move on in their life's journey - able to leave behind most of the bad, learn from it and take only the good with them. This can release them to finally start enjoying life. I also use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy to help them move forward.
